UK Delivery
Our operations are currently running as normal and whilst we continue to dispatch orders in a timely manner, deliveries are dependant on the postal services at any given time:
Standard Delivery £3.95: 2-4 business days
Express Delivery £7.95: 1-3 business days. Order before 3pm.
All UK orders are handled by Royal Mail

International Shipping
Need to send a gift to loved one overseas? No problem. We offer a variety of international shipping options:
Standard European Delivery £10.95 (5-10 Days)
Standard International Delivery £14.95 (5-10 Days)
We accept international returns within 30 days of arrival.
It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

QUICK AND SIMPLE
Exchanges & Returns
Something not quite right? You can return of exchange your items within 60 days of receiving your order.
We offer a straight forward returns and exchanges process and will dispatch exchanged items to you free of charge. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we receive them back within 60 days with the items having been unworn and in a perfect sellable condition.

If you wish to return your items, please fill in in the Returns Form.
Please note: for any items purchased at John Lewis & Partners stores, we are only able to process exchanges. If you would like to return your items, please do so in store.
