GENERAL

We aim to delivery orders sent via Standard Delivery in 2-3 working days. You’ll receive an email with a tracking code after your order is dispatched. Please allow for extra delivery time during busy periods.

Yes we do. We ship to over 180 countries in addition to the UK. Live overseas? Remember you are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred when importing to your country.

Yes, we take your security very seriously. We use industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details.  Any sensitive information like your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on our secure servers.

If you want to edit or cancel your order please contact us ASAP via our contact form here. Unfortunately after your order has been processed we are unable to make changes!

We use Royal Mail for deliveries within the United Kingdom, and FedEx Express for international orders.

If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please contact us and we will start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you or resend your purchase until this investigation has concluded. However, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

JEWELLERY

All our jewellery needs caring for to keep it looking its shiny best. Please see our jewellery care section for simple care tips. 

Vermeil refers to jewellery made of sterling silver and coated in a thick plating of gold. All our jewellery is plated in 18kt gold, over 2.5 microns thick. For information on how to care for your jewellery, please see here

We offer a bespoke service which includes engraving. Find out more

Our Popon bangle is currently only available in one standard size - regular, 65mm. Our standard size will fit most wrist sizes. To ensure fit, measure the widest part of your hand. Our clasp gives some additional space and flexibility for taking your bangle on and off. 

The Popon bangle is currently only available in one standard size - regular, 65mm. If your bangle does not fit you on arrival, we offer free returns. Our bespoke service may be able to meet your specific requirements. Get in touch.

All orders come with a 1 year warranty. We offer a free re-plating service within this time period. For any other repair services please contact us and we'd be happy to review it on a case by case basis. Precious metal jewellery needs caring for, please see jewellery care.

All our jewellery is beautifully hand packed in our branded boxes and carefully wrapped to avoid damage on it's way to you. 

ORDERS

Your order will arrive on or before the 8th October, ahead of World Mental Health Day.

We will notify you via your chosen method of communication as soon as your item has been shipped, along with your tracking code.

DONATIONS

When you purchase a Statement Popon®, you support the cause you want to recognise. We do our best to make sure your donation as impactful as possible. 

So, we are committed to donating 100% of the net profits from each Statement Popon® sold to our partner charities. 

This means that when a Statement Popon® is sold, we deduct the cost to produce the Popon plus a small contribution to the costs of operating as a business and give away the rest. Simple.

We are proud to have official partnerships with two national mental health charities, MQ and Student Minds.

MQ are the mental health research charity. They transform lives through research, helping to create a future where mental illnesses are understood, effectively treated and one day prevented. Find out more about MQ here.
