GENERAL

Due to the unusual circumstances within the UK, some deliveries may arrive later than expected.

We aim to dispatch orders in 2-3 working days. You’ll receive an email with a tracking code after your order is dispatched and you should receive your order in 3-5 working days. Please allow for extra delivery time during busy periods.

Yes we do. We ship to over 180 countries in addition to the UK. Live overseas? Remember you are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred when importing to your country.

Yes, we take your security very seriously. We use industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details.  Any sensitive information like your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on our secure servers.

If you want to edit or cancel your order please contact us ASAP via our contact form here. Unfortunately after your order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes!

We use Royal Mail for UK and international deliveries.

Due to the unusual circumstances within the UK, some deliveries may arrive later than expected.

If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please contact us and we will start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you or resend your purchase until this investigation has concluded. However, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

JEWELLERY

All our jewellery needs caring for to keep it looking its shiny best. Please see our jewellery care section for simple care tips. 

Vermeil refers to jewellery made of sterling silver and coated in a thick plating of gold. All our jewellery is plated in 18kt gold, over 2.5 microns thick. For information on how to care for your jewellery, please see here

Unfortunately, due to ongoing challenges related to Covid-19, this service is currently unavailable.

We offer an engraving service for some of our Statement Popons. If this is available for your chosen Popon you will have the option to select “yes” under “Engrave Me” before you add to your basket. Engraving for Statement Popons costs £15 per item. We also offer a bespoke service which includes engraving of bangles. Find out more

Our Popon bangle is available in two sizes: Small (diameter 60mm/circumference 7 1/4") and Regular (diameter 65mm/circumference 8").

Our regular size will fit most wrist sizes. Our clasp gives some additional space and flexibility for taking your bangle on an off. If you have very small wrists or prefer a more snug fit we suggest you order a small size bangle.

The Popon bangle is available in two sizes: Small (diameter 60mm/circumference 7 1/4") and Regular (diameter 65mm/circumference 8").  If your bangle does not fit you on arrival, we offer free returns. Our bespoke service may be able to meet your specific requirements. Get in touch.

All orders come with a 1 year warranty. We offer a free re-plating service within this time period. For any other repair services please contact us and we'd be happy to review it on a case by case basis. Precious metal jewellery needs caring for, please see jewellery care.

All our jewellery is carefully wrapped and packed by hand into its beautiful branded box to avoid damage on its way to you.

ORDERS

Due to the unusual circumstances within the UK, some deliveries may arrive later than expected.

If you have ordered using standard delivery, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 working days. Next day delivery ordered before 3pm will arrive the following day (UK mainland only).

We will notify you via your chosen method of communication as soon as your item has been shipped, along with your tracking code. 

To claim your discount, enter your promotional code at checkout in the designated box. If you are having any issues, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you.

DONATIONS

When you purchase a Statement Popon®, you support the cause you want to recognise. We are committed to donating 100% of the net profits from each Statement Popon® sold to our partner charities. 

This means that when a Statement Popon® is sold, we deduct the cost to produce the Popon plus a small contribution to the costs of operating as a business and give away the rest. Simple.

Mental Health: 

MQ are the mental health research charity. They transform lives through research, helping to create a future where mental illnesses are understood, effectively treated and one day prevented.  Student Minds are the UK's student mental health charity. They empower students and members of the university community to look after their own mental health, ​support others and create change. 

Modern Slavery:

Justice and Care work with the police to rescue victims of slavery, bring criminal networks to justice and spark systemic change. Ellas is providing independent long-term aftercare for women who have experienced abuse through trafficking and sexual exploitation in London.

Cancer:

Maggie’s provide free practical, emotional and social support to people living with cancer and their family and friends. Look Good Feel Better is an independent national cancer support charity providing a unique service that helps boost the confidence and self-esteem of women, men and young adults undergoing treatment for any type of cancer.

Motherhood:

Little Village is like a foodbank, but for clothes, toys and equipment for babies and children up to the age of 5. Pregnancy Twinning provides life-saving support to expectant and new mothers through the first 1,000 days of a child's life.
