According to the data protection act we will treat all such information including, but not limited to, name, address and email in the strictest of confidence. Customer information will not be disclosed to or shared with any persons outside of recognisedstore.com.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time and without any given notice. Please make sure you regularly check this page, and our dedicated Shipping and Returns pages for any amendments.
We reserve the right not to accept or process an order for any reason. If we do not accept your order and payment has already been debited, we will notify you by email and refund you in full immediately.
We will aim to ensure that our website is always available and that the stock levels and information provided is correct. We cannot be held accountable for any downtime that may occur and we cannot guarantee product availability.
In the event that your ordered item/s are not in stock you will be notified by email. If we do not receive a response from you within one week from the date of the email we will cancel the missing item from your order and either ship the remainder of your order or cancel your order and issue a full refund.
PRICES & DISCOUNT CODES
Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.
From time to time we may run promotional discount codes. These promotional codes are subject to change and availability. They cannot be extended and cannot be retrospectively applied to an order placed outside of the specified discount time. Only one discount code can be used per order.
Unless otherwise stated, all written content and photography on our site is the intellectual property of Recognised. You may save, store and print this content for your own personal and private use. You are not permitted to publish, distribute or reproduce the content for commercial or business means.
Whilst every care is taken to ensure our product images are a true representation of the item for sale we cannot guarantee that the colour will match perfectly. This is due to unlimited variations in monitor set-ups.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
Our website is hosted on a fully secure, PCI compliant server. All payments are handled securely through PayPal or Shopify Payments and Recognised does not have access to your card details. The total order cost must be paid in full before dispatch.
We have the right to cancel any orders which we believe to be fraudulent or that do not pass the required security checks.

When an order has been accepted Recognised agrees to dispatch the order as stated in our delivery terms. We cannot be held liable for any delays in shipping due to postal delays or for events outside of human control.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason, no questions asked, provided we get them back within 30 days of receiving them and in perfect sellable condition.
For faulty goods returned after the 30 days, which have passed inspection (due to the secure PCI compliant system we have in place) we can only issue an exchange or online store credit; this will be in the form of a voucher code.
